Killick Martin (KM) were delighted to accept the winners trophy at the BIFA (British International Freight Association) annual awards ceremony on Thursday.
The winner presentations were held at The Brewery, London, and former England Rugby World Cup winner – Matt Dawson (right) – handed over the coveted European Logistics Award to KM Managing Director Paul Gallagher (centre).
The BIFA Awards, now in their 33rd year, are recognised as one of the most prestigious in the industry. The competition encourages and rewards high standards and professionalism, representing the ultimate recognition of special achievements in different sectors of the industry.
The judges were impressed with the agility and organisational skills of the Killick Martin team. When faced with extremely complex dynamics, they demonstrated real supply chain solutions to the UK’s phased exit from the European Union.

Paul Gallagher commented “ It was an honour and a privilege to win at such an excellent event, getting the win meant even more after being nominated in three categories last year. Well done to all of the Killick Martin team, especially those involved in delivering this specific service.”
“I would particularly like to commend the other nominees, who are all first class companies. It’s been tough for many over the past two years and we finally had a great day to remember.”
After last year’s ceremony was cancelled due to the pandemic, and winners were announced online, the latest awards was an excellent gathering of eminent industry professionals. This provided a valuable opportunity to praise the well-deserving winners, and to re-establish connections with friends and colleagues.

Killick Martin would like to take this opportunity to thank BIFA for arranging such a fantastic event, and to congratulate all of the winners and finalists of the 2021 awards.
